At this time, returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted in cases where an error has been made on our end. This includes receiving the incorrect item, a damaged product caused prior to delivery, or a defect directly related to production or fulfillment.
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing selection, or minor variations in color or appearance.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
